*sighs* I can't say today was really a good day. I had another panic attack thing. The school phoned home. My mother then gave me a lecture on how I shouldn't purposely do things like that to get attention or sympathy.

...I think I've missed something here.

I know I overreacted and I know it was stupid, but I certainly didn't decide to do it on purpose.

I don't think she understands. I don't think I do, but I know when I'm doing something for attention.
