...Will my computer hate me if I delete the contents of the 'Temp' file> >_> There's about a gig of stuff in there and I need space. >_>

It wont do any damage.

As long as there are no system critical files in there you'll be ok

Depends on what you delete, most can be delted safely but theres a few things that you need to keep there.

my computer > right click on the c drive> properties > disk cleanup > select all the files to clean up
