I feel better now. ^^ My throat still hurts however. My head hurts, but not to such an extent as before. I doubt this was helped by reading the entire of the fourth book of Lord of The Rings (the second book in The Two Towers) in about 2-3 hours. ^^; I was bored.

I like them in the book. They're cool. *nods* I mean, they helped figure out Frodo's plans... In the film... They're painfully annoying in FOTR, but I guess they're better in TTT.

It'd be counted as a draw. *smirks* Because after a while, they wouldn't be fighting, so to speak.

In the movie. Not in the book. But movie angsty-Aragorn leads to much angstiness. ...That didn't make any sense.

Does it make you sad to know the Elves are leaving these shores?
Yeah. They're cool.

If you've read the book and seen the movie, did you like both, or do you think one was better than the other?
I like them both, the books more. The books had clever Merry and Pippin, Legolas with good lines in FOTR and a decent Faramir. the movie had slash and the cool evil guys. You know who I mean.

Do you think the movie was an insult to Tolkien's genius?
Maybe. Maybe not.

Any problem with the cast?
Merry and Pippin. I seem to have a grudge against them in the movieverse.

Honestly...do you think Liv Tyler did a good job as Arwen, or are you glad she's in the movie just because she's hot?
No. She didn't. But it helped make Elrond look mean and pyschopathic.

What do you think of the choice to cut Tom Bombadil?

Suppose so.

Any other changes from the book to the movie that irritate you?
Well... I've mentioned almost everything. :P Elrond being weird. Haldir being there. Arwen being there. Aragorn being... angsty.

Lastly, what was your favorite bit of the movie?
TTT, the bit where Legolas looks over the edge after Aragorn's looked off. ^^ So cute. And their reunion. What exactly was he late for? O.o And you know if Legolas hadn't been so stupid and give Aragorn the Evenstar back, they'd've ended up kissing. And most of Legolas' lines. '...Or do you want me to get you a box?' How did he say that and still keep a straight face?!? And the cool evil guys who almost go kill Frodo and Sam if it weren't for those cool lorien cloaks.
FOTR: To be honest... I can't remember. I've been going on so much about TTT that I've forgotten. Probably when I told Pyro that Faramir was played by the same person as Boromir... in the cinema, whilst Boromir was dying. ^^
