I've had it for a week, and I still haven't watched my shiny Lion King DVD. *snerk* I love that film.
Rabu~ Today is iceskating.
I'm disturbed that the misheard lyrics to Final Fantasy - ROBOVoice amuses more than the song itself.
Final Fantasy is an RPG
The only one that I need
It's the RPG for me
Final Fantasy is all that I play
All other games are lame
It puts them all to shame
I only play games that are popular
I only buy the games the magazines tell me to buy
That way I know I get good games for sure
I may have a shallow mind
But you can kiss my behind
Final Fantasy; it consumes my life
And that is probably why
I'll never have a wife
Final Fantasy has awesome music
And that is probably why it
Always gets remixed
I always buy the soundtrack to each game
Oh it is the only thing that I will listen to
Oh sure one day it may drive me insane
You may think that I'm a fool
Well I'm here to say "Screw you!"
Final Fantasy on PlayStation 2
With music by Nobuo
And graphics by Wong Chu
It is Final Fantasy number ten
Must save the world again
Right here from my own den
Hopefully I'll get through the game just fine
I don't know why I continue to play each game
They'll be making these 'til the end of time
Oh I guess that I will pay
For these new games 'til Doomsday
But seriously. Misheard song lyrics have me in hysterics. There's a few I've misheard like they ahve, but some... xDD
I'm just faar too giggly.
Chrono Cross 1:
Not that bad. I squee endlessly over Chrono, because he's so cheerful and cute and... I feel he has a darker side. Rosette amuses me in her klutziness. I think I'll get this when it's out next.
The Ropemaker - Peter Dickinson:
I was left with the inevitable 'what the fuck?' feeling at the end. It was a good story, yes, but... the ending seemed a little lame, IMO. And Tahl and Tilha should have got it together.
The Shell House - author unknown:
I wanted to like this so much. I want to slap Greg around the face for being badly in denial, and hurting Jordan so much. Their plot, combined with the girl (Faith, I think) and what she believed, made this a good story. I did want it to continue. I'd recommend this book, although I wish Greg and Jordan had got it together by the end. (And I snicker since I know siblings called Greg and Jordan.)
Full Moon wo Sagashite:
At least download in a coherent order so I can watch the first episode. >> Or manga, get yourself licensed. NOW. >>;;;
I like this. I'd like it even more if I had more of it. ...I'm to annoyed to give a semi-coherent review.
.hack//dusk manga:
Perhaps I'm biased since I saw the anime first and adored it. But... I really don't like it. I'm not a huge fan of the art, and something seems to be lacking from the whole feel of it. Nevertheless, it's good.
Kare Kano 1 - 5:
*fangirls* I do, do, do love this manga. I don't know what it is. I like the art nmost of the time, and the characters are good, and the extra stories are good. It's weird though, I liked the last book so much since it wasn't focusing on Yukino and Arima quite as much; but more on the relationships between the other characters, like Tsubasa's family, and Yukino's friends. Not to say that Yukino and Arima aren't cute together. It's just good that the story doesn't stop as soon as they've gotten together.
Gravitation 1:
Unlike .hack//dusk, I liked this. Shuichi is a spaz, Tohma scares me, and Yuki is just the same as always. I actually prefer the manga art style.
