I'm mainly doing this for my own reference, and to stave off my ice cream cravings.
So, I should be walking the puppies daily. This'll end up being about a mileish. Also, going to try and alternate between going riding [eeee Banner] and doing a bit of a session on the exercise bike.
See also, stretches, sit ups.
When I get back to uni - swimming. Twice a week? Also, walking to shops and place is good, as long as I don't end up buying junk. But - I'm going to treat myself occasionally, because otherwise I just end up buying more stuff.
If I get myself down to a certain weight - this is staying in my mind, because I'm not overly comfortable with it - I'm going to go shopping and buy myself shorts and cute tshirts and jeans.
...I also hate it when people say 'You don't need to loose weight.' [Normally followed by a 'but I do, omg'.] I want to for me. Because I don't like how I look. And of course, the medical reasons.
